Having your physiotherapy at home is often the best way to plan rehabilitation around your daily needs.

We can immediately see what difficulties you face and remove the stress of having to leave your home for an appointment.

You can book a home visit from Karen by calling the clinic or using our online appointments system.

£95 (up to an hour)

Follow- up Physio Appointments

Post-operative Orthopaedic Reablement

Therapy Support and Activity Buddy Sessions

Our team of Therapy Assistants can support you or loved one to complete their home rehabilitation programme more frequently in a safe, supportive and cost-effective way. Visiting you at home, they provide encouragement and help you to increase your confidence. They can also accompany you when you start venturing back outside and returning to the things you love. This aligns with our company mission and our Pathway to Participation.

Neurological Physiotherapy

Having your rehabilitation sessions at home is often the best way for us to see how your condition affects you. It also removes the stress and worry of having to travel to see us.

We can set up a programme that focuses on natural opportunities to practise within your daily routine using equipment and items that you have readily available at home.
