Horizon Rehabilitation accept payments by Card or BACS. Your therapist will be able to provide you with the relevant information. We do not accept cash or cheque.
A booking deposit/payment in advance is required for all clients to secure their first appointment. This includes clients with Health Insurance. The deposit is held for the duration of the course of treatment and refunded if there are no outstanding costs at the end of the course.
Payment for each follow-up session will be taken at the point of delivery. Non-payment of fees will result in future sessions being postponed until the outstanding balance is cleared. A £10 admin charge is added for late payment.
We are registered with the majority of Health Insurance providers but we do not deal directly with them for billing purposes with the exception of some services via AXA and BUPA. Clients need to provide a pre-authorisation code prior to commencement of sessions. The client remains responsible for the cost of sessions in the event that the insurance provider of third party do not reimburse for any reason.
Please note that not all services or clinicians are authorised by all health insurance providers. Please call to enquire if you wish to use a policy to pay for your sessions.
